Once on the ground, every product is held, processed, and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. By the time you order, the material is already domestic stock — you are not waiting on any international leg.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, the shipping label, your order number, and a short description of the issue. If the claim is verified, we'll arrange a replacement (subject to stock), store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. If verifiable batch documentation shows a product fell short of that standard, we'll arrange a refund or replacement under our quality assurance policy — lot integrity is non-negotiable for us.

Every vial carries a batch / lot number that ties back to its analytical record. Certificate of Analysis documentation — covering identity (mass spec, HPLC), purity, and third-party verification — is held against the lot number and is available on request.
